All orders are shipped FEDEX ground from Zip Code 90631. East Coast customers expect 4-5 working days for in-stock delivery. West Coast customers expect 2-3 days and Mid West customers 3-4 working days. Any items not in stock are generally available in 1 working day for shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable if item is returned.

Aspen will ship almost anywhere in the world. Shipments made outside the United States are not guaranteed against loss by the carrier.
